"Bad customer service, totally not worth the headache!!!"
The customer service was really disappointing!!! I reached out for help and it felt like nobody actually cared or wanted to answer even basic questions. It took forever to get a response, and when they finally replied, it wasn’t helpful at all!!! The whole thing was frustrating from beginning to end. I definitely wouldn’t use a1appliance.com again!!!

I used A-1 Appliance and, to be fair, the service itself was fine. I’m not saying they did a bad job or anything, but the price just didn’t feel right to me. The final total ended up being more than I expected, and I don’t feel like it was explained clearly enough beforehand. Maybe that’s just what this kind of repair normally costs, I don’t know, but I walked away feeling like I paid more than I should have for what was actually done

"Sent the wrong part, such a hassle"
I ordered a part that was supposedly for my exact model, but what showed up was something totally different. The box and invoice didn’t even match what I had picked online. Then I had to take pictures and go back and forth over email just to explain the issue. It was a real "pain" when all I needed was the right appliance part sent the first time.

"Ended Up Being More Work Than It Should’ve Been"
I went there trying to find a washer part, but it showed as unavailable. I figured maybe it was just that one item, so I checked a couple of other common parts too, and they were unavailable as well. At that point I felt like I was doing extra work just to find out nothing could actually be bought. Frustrating and a waste of time.

"Refund still hasn’t shown up"
I returned the item, but... the refund just never showed up. I’ve been checking and it’s still missing

"Shipping literally took forever"
I was waiting way longer than expected, and the tracking literally barely moved for days. It was frustrating just checking it over and over with no real updates.
